Refund and Returns Policy

We want Lumenoras pieces — from soft midi dresses to blouses, cardigans, lounge sets, and swim — to feel right when they arrive. If something doesn’t, Lumenoras offers a clear return window on lumenoras.com.

Return window

You have 15 days from delivery to start a return. Items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached where applicable.

How to start

1. Email us with your order number and the items you’d like to return (include SKU or product name when you can).
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. Ship the parcel back using a trackable method and keep your receipt until the refund posts.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing usually completes within several business days after inspection; your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

Exchanges

Prefer another size or color in Casual Dresses, tops, or loungewear? Note that in your email — if stock allows, we’ll guide you on the fastest path (return + reorder, or a coordinated exchange).

Non-returnable

Final-sale items, gift cards (if offered), and products that show wear, odor, or missing tags may be declined. Swim and intimate lounge pieces may have extra hygiene rules — ask us before you ship if you’re unsure.
