Before you order
Tell us which product, size, color or material you are considering and what detail is unclear. Product availability and care information may differ by variant, so include the exact product name when possible.
Orders and delivery
For an existing order, include the order number and explain whether the question concerns confirmation, an address detail, delivery timing, a missing parcel or an item received. Do not submit payment credentials.
Returns
Include the order number, item, delivery date, condition and reason for the request. Recording the request does not itself authorize a return; wait for handling instructions before sending an item.
Products and care
Include the product name and selected variant for questions about materials, dimensions, fit, color or care. We can process the question using the product information available to the store, but we do not invent unsupported specifications.
Privacy requests
State the privacy right or account information involved and provide only enough detail to locate the relevant store interaction. We may need to verify a request before acting on personal information.
Submitting safely
The form records your request on our server for support handling. It does not send an email confirmation and does not promise an immediate or email reply. We do not publish an email address, telephone number or street address that has not been provided for this business.
Do not include passwords, full payment card numbers, security codes, PayPal credentials, government identification or other unnecessary sensitive information.
