Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much is standard shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every Lumenoras order.
When should my order arrive?
Estimated standard delivery is 10–15 business days. This estimate begins after your order is confirmed.
Can I change my delivery address?
Use our Contact form as soon as possible and include your order number. We cannot promise changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
How can I record a question about an order?
Use the Contact form and include your order number. The form stores a support request on our server; it does not send an email confirmation or guarantee an email response.
Returns
What is the return window?
Eligible unused items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Review the Refund Policy before starting a return.
How do I request a return?
Use the Contact form and include your order number, item and reason. Recording a request does not itself authorize a return, so do not send an item back based only on the form confirmation.
When will a refund appear?
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Bank processing time may vary.

How do I choose a bedding size?
Open the product page and select a size that matches your mattress, duvet insert or pillow. Available combinations update before you add the item to your bag.
How do I choose a color?
Color choices appear as swatches on the product page. The selected color name is shown above the swatches for clarity.
What is the difference between a comforter and a duvet cover?
A comforter is a filled top layer. A duvet cover is a removable outer cover designed to hold a compatible insert; check the product title and details before ordering.
Where can I find material and care information?
Use the Details and Care & delivery sections on each product page. Follow the care instructions supplied with the selected item.
Will colors look exactly the same in person?
We aim to show colors clearly, but screens and room lighting can change how a shade appears. Use the color name and product images together when choosing.
Payment
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices and order totals are shown in United States dollars (USD).
How is payment completed?
After you select Pay now, you will finish securely on PayPal using the payment options available in your PayPal checkout.
Do you offer a trial period?
No trial program is currently offered. The published 15-day return policy applies to eligible unused items.
