Acceptance of these terms
These Terms govern access to lumenoras.com and purchases made through the store. By using the site, adding products to the bag or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract or act with authorization from a person who is. The site may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, automated or disruptive activity.
Store availability
We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue site functions when reasonably necessary. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, hosting events, carrier systems or circumstances outside our control.
Product information
We aim to describe materials, dimensions, care, color and included components accurately. Review the product page and selected variant before ordering. Screen and lighting differences can affect the appearance of color.
Availability
Products and variants are offered while available. An item shown online may become unavailable before fulfillment. We may cancel and refund an unavailable item rather than substitute a different product without permission.
Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. A product with multiple sizes or configurations may display a “From” price. The selected variant price and order total shown at checkout control the transaction.
Taxes
Applicable taxes may depend on the delivery location and legal requirements. Where tax is required, it may be included in or added to the amount presented during checkout.
Order information
You must provide complete and accurate contact, delivery and payment information. You are responsible for reviewing the product, variant, quantity and address before selecting Pay now.
Order acceptance
Submitting checkout starts a payment request but does not by itself confirm an order. An order is confirmed only after PayPal reports a completed or processed payment that matches the order amount and USD currency, and our server records the verified transaction.
Payment
Payment is completed through PayPal. PayPal may offer eligible payment methods under its own terms. Lumenoras does not receive or store full card numbers, security codes or PayPal passwords.
Order review and cancellation
We may decline, limit or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, unsupported destination or legal restriction. A cancelled paid order is refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, and you are responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address.
Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by the Refund Policy. No try-before-buy service, automatic prepaid label or extended return program is offered unless a future written promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Product care and misuse
Follow the care instructions supplied with the product. Normal wear, improper washing, misuse, accidental damage, pet damage, stains or modifications may affect return eligibility and product life.

Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent possible. Failure to enforce a provision once does not permanently waive it.
